This year’s Fall weekend will take place October 25-27, 2019  in Canmore, AB; we will be staying at the Coast Canmore Hotel.  This year’s fee is $500.00 for a family of 2 adults and 2 children.  Special rates for families of different sizes are available and can be found at the bottom of this page.

Registration will close October 11, 2019 however you are encouraged to register early as this has been a sold out event in previous years!

As CPF Alberta subsidizes this event we do require that at least one (1) adult from every family be a CPF member. If you are not yet a CPF member you can join HERE

PLEASE NOTE: Children 5 and under who ARE NOT participating in programming are free of charge and do not need to be included in the total number when selecting family size for payment. However, please do include them in the participants section. ex: If you have 2 adults, a 4 year old and a 10 year old you would select the "2 adults/1 child" option for payment. 

SPECIAL PROMOTION

We also have a special promotion this year for returning participants—  they will have the opportunity to win a FREE future Family Weekend* for referring a new family. If you are a returning family be sure to tell your friends how great of a time you have on the CPF Family Weekends. When they register, all the new family has to do is write the referring individual’s name in the corresponding question on the registration form! Returning families will get 1 entry into the draw for the free weekend for each family that they refer so tell all your friends for a greater chance to win! The draw will take place on Saturday, October 26th during the family dinner in Canmore.

Cancellation policy: Cancellations made up to two weeks prior to the event (October 11, 2019) will be refunded, minus a $25 processing fee. Cancellations made within two weeks of event date can not be refunded. 

The price for the weekend includes the following:

• Two (2) nights accommodation (one hotel room for families of 5 or less)
• Breakfast Saturday and Sunday mornings
• Dinner and entertainment Saturday evening
• Student programming all day on Saturday
• Lunch for students on Saturday
• Parent education session
• Parent activity Saturday afternoon (students will be at programming). This year we will be doing a tour and tasting at the Grizzly Paw Brewery (beer or pop tasting available).
• Sunday morning family activity
• All taxes and fees

*Free weekend can be used for either our Jasper 2020 weekend or Banff/Canmore 2020 weekend.
