OTTAWA—On Wednesday, Statistics Canada released the findings of its much-anticipated 2011 Census. Since its release there has been an outpouring of information regarding Canada’s linguistic landscape. Some of the most prominent trends are those regarding the decrease of French and English speakers across the country.
